To confirm your reservation with our services, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. Please make this deposit via e-transfer or Bitcoin. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as this helps us ensure a smooth and efficient booking process. Thank you for your support.

CANCELLATION POLICY

To accommodate our scheduling needs and ensure we can provide the best service, we respectfully request a minimum of 72 hours’ notice for the cancellation of inflatable product booking and 5 days’ notice for party bookings with Inflatable Fun. We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we appreciate your understanding that failure to provide adequate notice will result in a charge for the full payment of your reservation. Thank you for your cooperation.

POOR WEATHER CANCELLATION POLICY

Poor weather cancellation policy criteria for Inflatable Rental products:

• A minimum of 12mm of within a 12-hour policy period is required,
• A chance of rain exceeding 70% is required,
• Please call us before 8:00 AM on the day of your rental,
• Temperatures below 5 degrees Celsius

In the event of severe weather conditions, Inflatable Fun reserves the right to cancel reservations to ensure the safety of our patrons and equipment.

FOR ALL INFLATABLE RENTALS

• Please provide the number and location of all stairs at the delivery site. An additional fee may be applied if there are more then four stairs for moving rental products.
• Please identify any steep pitches, narrow pathways, and doors that are less than the standard size of (36″)
• A safety fee will be applied prior to finalizing your event booking. This fee ensures that we can address any potential safety concerns and maintain the highest standards of service. Thank you for your understanding.
• For all rentals, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Please note that out-of-town rentals may necessitate a larger non-refundable deposit. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as these measures help us ensure the availability and quality of our services. Thank you for your support.
